Have you seen, “Covid and Me”, the film that started it all?

“Covid and Me” is a short film made between lockdowns in 2020 by the Rendezvous. Using a young presenter who learnt to interview and present to camera (harder than it looks!) the 7 minute film explored the responses of young people in Gillingham to the pandemic.

We had made films with young people before but the response by the young people to the filming made us decide this was something we should do more of. And, after talking to Gillingham Youth Club, the rest as they say, is history…
